It was a hot day in the land of India. Near an abandoned area, there were a trio of smugglers loading a bunch of animals on a boat.
"Tigers; check," said a smuggler with a checkboard complete with a pen, "Cobras; check, Monkeys; check, and last but not least, the Mongeese."
He gestured over to 2 mongeese in a cage, looking fearfully. The male was light blue and white blue all around complete with stripes while the female was light blue and had golden jerwerly around her. Not only that, but the female seemed to be overweight."
One of the smugglers laughed evilly, "And the girl's pregnant,"
"Meaning we'll have a whole family of mongeese to sell when we reach America," said the last smuggler with a smirk.
The mongeese looked scared as they were shipped on the boat with the other scared animals.
Hours later, the boat was already on sail to the United States. In the boat, the animals were making frightened noise.
The mongeese were just as scared of the fate that waits themas all the rest.
"I'm nervous Xolani," said the female mongoose worryingly, "and this stress isn't ok for our little bundle of joy."
"I'm scared too, Okya," said the male mongoose, "I just hope nothing bad will happen while we are on this despicable voyage."
Suddenly, Okya started moaning in pain, "I think you may have spoken too soon on that."
"Oh no," gasped Xolani, "you mean...?"
"Yup, the baby is coming now!" Okya shouted.
Every animal in the boat heard this and Xolani began panicking.
"Oh no, Oh no, Oh no!"
"I NEED A WARM TOWEL!" shouted Okya.
Suddenly, a towel was given to her by a nearby chaged monkey.
"Here you go," said the monkey.
The mongoose couple looked confused, but Xolani took the towel and placed in under his wife.
"Thank you!" said Xolani happily to the monkey.
"You're welcome." said the monkey.
Soon afterward, all the animals in the boat began pitching in to assist the couple. The tigers shared their water for Okya to drink, the Dhole's shared their food and surprising the Cobras let Okya use their tails as sweat towels.
"Oh, thank you all for coming to our time of need." said Xolani thankfully.
"OH!" shouted Okya as she clutched her stomach, "The baby is right on its way."
"I'm coming darling!" exclaimed Xolani.
After intense minutes and anxiousness from the caged animals, the cries of a newborn baby filled the room of the boat, much to everybody's elation.
Xolani was holding an infant baby mongoose in his arms. The baby looked like his mother but had his father's stripes.
"Oh, darling," said a tearful Okya, "He's perfect."
"That he is," said a happy Xolani.
Everybody in the hadtears in their eyes.
"So what are you gonna anme him?" asked a cobra.
The couple looked at each other before looking at their son and said together, "Sunil."
"Nice name," said a tiger followed by everybody in the room.
"I'm still concerned about whatthese smugglers will do tous, especially our little Suni." said a worried Okya.
"Okya, we'll cross that bridge when we come to it," said a calm Xolani, "now, let's just enjoy our new miracle of life."
Okya nodded and took her son and cradled him as her husband and the rest of the animals watched in happiness.
