Percy's Point of View
I had just moved in to the new neighborhood. I was going to this new school called "Camp Half-Blood" and worried because I knew no one there! My mom just made me blue pancakes (my favorite) and told me all about the school. I already knew that I was the son of Poseidon and there were people who was the sons and daughters of other gods too! But, I didn't know any one.
My mom gave me directions to the school and a map to go along with it. I said goodbye to my mom and went along to I found a place in the city with a big Sign that said "Welcome to Camp Half-Blood".
Other people around me said "hey isn't that the new kid?" and "he looks pretty cute". I realized that I could make my first girlfriend here! Then, I saw a really attractive girl. She had blond hair and light grey eyes. I caught her starring at me too and then running off to her friends.
Annabeth's Point of View
"Who is that kid", I thought. I told my friends about him.
" Well, you are the most popular girl in the campus, so you should probably make a move on him!" my friend Piper said.
You really think so? I asked. Sure!
But just then I realized, he was my neighbor from across the street.
Percy's Point of View
"Anyway, I think I should get back to my schedule," I thought. I had homeroom first and when I took a step in, I saw the girl.
"Um... Hi!" I said nervously. The teacher told me to sit right next to her.
"Hi! Nice to meet you Percy!" Annabeth replied.
"HOW DOES SHE KNOW MY NAME?" I kept on thinking until I realized, she was the girl across the street.
I quickly pretended to be reading one of my textbooks to avoid eye-contact with her.
Annabeth's Point of View
"What is he doing?" I thought until I saw the cover of his book.
I whispered to my other friend Thalia, "I think Percy likes me!" I squealed!
"Who's Percy" Thalia asked.
