~ honey feelings and sweet existence ~
Leah/Jacob. T. 351

Every time he kissed her, the world disappeared piece by little piece around them. Nothing mattered but his lips as he pressed them against hers, her hands around his neck, twining into his long hair, and his heart... which beat so much harder whenever he thought of her, whenever she was near, whenever anything reminded him of her.

They walked along the moonlit beach, watching as the moonlight sprinkled across the ocean water, and they wished this would never end. When they looked into each other's eyes they could finally understand why Romeo would kill himself for Juliet, or why there were just so many love songs.

Because there was no world.

There was only them.

They held hands. And his, so much warmer and larger, would wrap itself around hers like a shell. Protecting. Loving. Never budging. Always there.

At night he whispered beautiful poetry in her ear with his husky voice, so emotional that it must have hurt to hear it. "A thing of beauty is a joy forever: Its loveliness increases; it will never Pass into nothingness; but still will keep a bower quiet for us."

And she answered him with sweet kisses, while slowly, tears burned her eyes. There can be nothing but him in her world. And nothing but her in his.

Sweet love. True love. First love.

Theirs.

And nothing can part them. Not nature, or time, or people. Fate and destiny will never come to disrupt their path. Perhaps the deities knew it was pointless to turn it into some tragedy. Or perhaps they just agreed with the couple. Who knew?

Call it what you like. But they didn't believe in coincidence. Not anymore.

Not since they found each other.

"I've imprinted," he whispers.

And she feels as if she is floating out in space, lost without a hope of coming down from this amazing high. But his arms of fiery warmth find her, muscles flexing, lips touching, hearts thumping-they accept their happily ever after.

"I love you, Jacob Black," she cries softly.

"No one but you, Leah, no one but you," he promises.
