Hey, it's SoftWare! Yes, I'm writing a new story (Again). You're probably wondering why I'm not finishing the
other stories. Well, two reasons. One, I only write about something if I'm in the mood for its game or such. Two,
writer's block. But here's something that may interest you.
The Legend of Zelda
Oracle of Seasons
Chapter One
May I Have This Dance?
In a palace, a young princess slept fitfully, tossing and turning. She sat up and started breathing heavily. "The dream
again. What could this mean?"
(Scene Change)
In a forest, in a cabin not far from the Forest Temple, a boy woke up. He walked into his kitchen and got some water. As
he drank, he saw a friend walking by his cabin. He opend the door and called for her. She walked over. "Link, what are
you doing up this late?" Link smiled. "I could ask you the same thing." Saria chuckled. "I couldn't sleep. I have a feeling
something bad's gonna happen." Link chuckled. "Saria, Ganondorf's been sealed away. What could possibly happen?"
Saria scoffed. "Coming from the boy who ended up in another world." Link glanced at her. "That was four years ago. I'm
back, aren't I?" "Yeah, I guess so." Then, they heard a horse. Link glanced at her. "Someone followed you." Saria looked
at him. "I could've sworn no one else was awake!" A gentle knock came on the door. Link opened it. Zelda looked like
she hadn't slept very well, either. Link glanced at Saria. "Two is coincidence, but three people who can't sleep? I think
someone's trying to tell us something." Zelda looked at him. "Link, I had a dream." Link knew that when Zelda had
dreams, they often came true. "What is it this time?" She looked at him. "I saw a shadow in a land not far from here.
Holodrum." Link glanced at her. "Holodrum's a neutral region. They're not allies, but they don't attack us either. So,
what's so bad about them?" Zelda sighed. "Not the people, but a demon of some sort. But that's not all. I saw a man in
gold armor, a sorceress, Twinrova, and..." She trailed off. "And?" She looked afraid. "I saw him." Link glanced at her.
"You're joking." She looked up. "I wish I was, Link. I wish I was." Linik sighed. "Than, it looks like I'm going to
Holodrum." As soon as he said that, a portal opened under them, sending all three of them to Holodrum. Link had his
tunic on, and the Gilded Sword. Zelda wore a battle gown, and she had a royal sword. Saria was still in her Kokiri
clothes, and Link had given her the Kokiri Sword a long time ago, and had made his own version of it. It had been
reforged into the Kokiri Sword. They walked around a bit and saw a girl dancing on a log. She spotted them and called
out, "Hi! Come on! Dance with me!" They all looked at each other, with different facial reactions. In Saria's case, she
was confused. In Link's case, it was complete surprise, and in Zelda's case, it was complete boredom. All three of them
looked at the girl and said, "What?"
(A/N)
Well, that was fun. Can't say this was my best work, but I don't think it was my worst.
