Itsy Bitsy Spider
Kate sat in the forest, thinking about what she knew and how she felt about it. She of course didn't really love Sawyer, I mean he is an asshole, Kate thought by herself. Still, he and Ana Lucia was a different story. They just didn't fit with each other; she was a cop. At least one good reason for Kate to hate her. However, Sawyer didn't seem to get that she was just abusing him to get what she wanted.
It
is a constant strain, constant pain watching you deny
That
her plans to catch you, starts when you tell lies
No matter how
obvious you seem like you're blind
Can't you feel problems that
creep up from behind
Kate couldn't just leave it as it was. Something had to happen against it. Sawyer might not always be nice and friendly, but he wasn't worth to be tortured by Ana Lucia. Somewhere deep inside he had a heart as well and Kate knew that, she had seen it. However, it was deep, but not unable to be found. Ana Lucia had come to close, much too close.
The way she's got you
worked out she can't have no rest
You must wake up she's crawling
in our nest
You're hands are tied we are stuck in a web of lies
I
think it's time that we said our goodbyes
Kate still didn't know what she was going to do against, but it had to happen or else it might be too late. She knew people like her; after all, she had got to do with them here entire life. Those people were working in secret, smart and absolutely not fair. They made use of weak points. At that point, Kate realised that this was the same what she had done and sometimes actually still did. Kate shook her head to get rid of this thought, at that moment she noticed the spider sitting next to her on the tree. Ana Lucia might be the spider here, but Kate would be the one to crush it under her shoe.
Itsy
bitsy spider climbing on the wall
Better watch your step or in her
web you'll fall
Spin you round in circles in a net of doubt
Baby
if you're stuck I'm done with you
Cause I won't get you out
