"Minnie!" Mickey called out to his gal as he walked into the living room of his house. After saving the clubhouse again with his friends, Donald, Goofy, and his gal, they had a celebration in their honor from no other than the mouse himself.

The celebration had started off fine. Of course, Donald got the courage to ask his ducky gal, Daisy, to dance. Minnie had herself twirl around while dancing, and Mickey...well, he just relaxed relieved that he could have some rest after a hard day.

Now Minnie had gotten tired after a day of partying, and asked Mickey if she could crash in his house for a while to rest.

"Say no more, Minnie." Mickey had said. "My house is your house." Mickey bluntly stated, as Minnie's eyes widened.

Mickey never knew a tornado would strike this day. When he saw the powerful winds from his clubhouse, he felt a sinking feeling to his chest.

'Oh gosh...Minnie.' the male mouse worriedly thought of his gal alone, and scared out of his wits from a tornado striking. So he did the most logical thing anyone would do for their gal in a situation like this.

Run outside of the clubhouse and into the chaos a tornado was causing.

It seemed logical to him.

When Mickey arrived to his house, he saw no sign of Minnie, and was about to give up until a sweet little voice called out his name.

"M-M-Mickey?" Minnie meekly called out to her boy mouse.

Mickey turned around, and smiled seeing Minnie there huddled at the top of the staircase.

She was scared out of his mind, but she was safe and sound.

"There's a tornado." Minnie squeaked.

"I know. I'm here to take you to my clubhouse. It's the only place that's safe from the weather." Mickey nodded.

A crash was heard from the background, startling the two mice.

"What was that?!" Minnie yelled, whimpering a bit.

"Probably just the wind." Mickey responded.

Another crash was heard.

Mickey gasped, knowing what it meant.

'The tornado.'

No. He was too late.

A loud creak has been heard. The house began to lose it's foundation from the ground. "What are we going to do, Mickey?" Minnie screamed, tears threatening to spill from her eyes.

Mickey tried to come up with a reassurance of some kind that he and Minnie would come out of this tornado unscathed.

It was a total lie, and he knew it.

This was the end.

No way out.

There was only one thing Mickey knew what to do.

Survive.

"Let's go to my room. There are too many things in here that might hurt us when the tornado unleashes it's full force."

Minnie didn't need to be told twice, as she zoomed into the room.

'Gosh, let this be some kind of nightmare.' Mickey prayed, as he entered the room, and huddled next to Minnie.

Mickey wanted to deny that demise was just a few feet of happening.

He wanted to suddenly wake up, and breathed a sigh of relief to see no tornado, and it was all but a dream. But as the clock struck zero, and the house was lifted up to the air, Mickey knew that this was real.

That he was inside a tornado, both him and Minnie's life hanging on a single fragile piece of string.

Mickey started to feel woozy.

Minnie started to hug Mickey, burying her face deep into Mickey's chest. Mickey petted the back of her head,as he looked out the window.

The tornado has suddenly turned into a face, a face that had circular mouse ears.

It reminded Mickey of himself when he sees it in the mirror.

'Wow, my face on there.'

Mickey felt his eyes close, and swept into a state of unconsciousness, not knowing what fate he and his loving gal would face.
