A/N: Hullo! As I am sure you noticed, it is Valentine's Day 3. So, being the Percabeth and Sadico obsessed person that I am, I decided to write a cross-over romance fic. So, first up: PERCABETH!
"Hey Percy!" Annabeth said cheerfully.
"Hey Wise Girl," Percy responded.
"So, what do you have planned for tonight?" Annabeth said hopefully. He couldn't have forgotten, could he?
"U-umm…tonight?" Percy stuttered. He racked his brain for special dates. Her birthday? No, that wasn't for a while. Their anniversary? No, that wasn't for a while either. Oh gods, what day was it?!
"Yeah, tonight. You know, a very special day for couples?" Annabeth hinted.
"Umm… tonight?" Percy had never felt so helpless. Even on their one-month anniversary, Hermes was there to help him.
Annabeth's face fell. Of course he forgot. He was never good with dates anyways.
'Oh gods, what do I do? I bet she's so disappointed at me. I am the worst boyfriend in demigod history' Percy thought rapidly. Just then, his savior came, in the form of a certain son of Hades.
"Hey Percy, What are you gonna do for Annabeth for Valentine's Day?" He called. 'Oh! Valentine's Day! How could I have forgotten?' Percy finally remembered. He swore it wasn't for a couple days yet. "I'm taking Sadie out for dinner," Nico continued.
"That's nice, Nico!" Percy called back, thankful for his interruption. Nico promptly happily jogged away.
How did he not notice? People from the Aphrodite Cabin were walking around happily, the couples were leaving for their dates, and the camp was full of blushing couples, who had just admitted their love for each other (As well as more Aphrodite Cabin peeps placing bets).
"So… do you have anything planned for tonight?" Annabeth asked again.
"Y-yeah! Of course!" Percy said, trying to cover up his former awkwardness.
Annabeth laughed. "I can tell you don't seaweed brain, I know you forgot," she teased.
"I swear I thought it wasn't until a couple of days, I had everything planned and all-"Percy defended.
"Percy actually planned something? Gods, what has the world come to?" Annabeth said, feigning shock.
" I-I-… I'm sorry Annabeth; it's just that-" Percy rambled on.
Annabeth stopped him by placing a small kiss on his lips. "Seaweed Brain," she said.
"Awwww!" and they turned to the source of the noise, finding a group of Aphrodite kids hiding behind some bushes.
"How long have you guys been there?" Annabeth asked.
"Well, it was nice stopping by, but me and the girls should really…RUN!" Drew said, and she and the girls ran away faster than anyone ever imagined an Aphrodite camper could run.
LATER…
Percy and Annabeth sat on the shore of the lake by Camp Half-Blood on a picnic blanket.
"So, I finally managed to get the plans into action," Percy said.
"Hmm?" Annabeth asked quietly.
"Come on, follow me," Percy said, wrapping a piece of cloth around her eyes.
He led her down half-blood hill, and stopped at the bottom and undid Annabeth's blindfold. She gasped at the sight before her. A gray limousine waited for them, and her eyes widened to an almost impossible degree.
"How-How did you get the time and money to do this?" Annabeth practically screamed. 'Oh gods, I have the best boyfriend EVER!'
SKIP LIMO RIDE
They arrived at a fancy looking restaurant, and they walked inside.
They were seated at a table, then, Percy
sheepishly gave Annabeth a small rose.
"A flower?" Annabeth asked, a smile tracing her lips.
"Well, it might not be as exciting as a random monster popping out of nowhere, but I thought that would do," Percy teased.
"I love it," Annabeth said.
A/N: Okay, that's over now. I think that sucked though. I know it is technically 1 minute past Valentine's Day, but when I wrote it, it was. The next chapter should be posted tomorrow. Er, today. Midnight is so confusing… -_-;
