Here you go, the story that just-literally-popped into my head five minutes ago. Hopefully you'll understand that this is from Season Zero (Hence the tittle..)
I memorized every single line from the first manga! How smart and useless that is! :D
Disclaimer - I don't own anything.. *sniffle sniffle*
"Hey Yugi! Quit playing by yourself and come play with us for once!"
My toy barrel pops. The head of the toy rolls on the ground, and stops when it hits the leg of the metal desk. I look downward to see where it's stopped.
I look up nervously, to one of my classmates. In his hand, is a basketball—and it's twirling, something I could never do—. Impatiently, he taps his foot.
"That's okay," I whisper kindly, "my team would just lose, anyway,"
My classmate snickers, and shakes his head. "Whatever, Yugi. Guess I'll see you after recess."
I just nod my head in agreement. Everyone walks out of the class room. My right hand, a strap of my backpack.
I sigh. "I wish I could play a game with someone."
"I usually bring a lot of games in my backpack but," Realization hits me. "I know!"
Shuffling around my backpack, I pull out my puzzle. "I'll play with my puzzle! My greatest treasure is inside! This riddle is a hint! It's something that you see, but have never seen before! What do you think it is?"
Before I can answer myself, the pyramid puzzle glows, showing off a spirit.
"Aibou, you talk to much with yourself." The spirit pulls his lips into a smirk.
I can only laugh. "Yami, I was going to introduce you."
The spirit chuckles. "To who?"
I pull a smile and shrug.
There you go! Sorry if it was rushed-It was, anyway,-I really wanted to finish it!
