Deidara and Katsu were lying on their bed, waiting for the buzzer to go off. When it did, Katsu ran into the bathroom and grabbed the small piece of plastic. Deidara ran after her and stopped in the doorway to catch his breath.
"Well?" He looked to her while she smiled and nodded happily. He happily picked her up and spun her around. She wrapped her arms around his neck and laughed with glee.
… How the others reacted…
"So wait, you're pregnant?" Hidan looked at the redhead and blonde. Katsu nodded. "And here I thought you were just getting fat."
"Shut up Hidan!" Kakuzu then hit his idiot partner in the head.
"Ow! Damn you Kakuzu!"
"Shut up both of you!" Konan snapped. She turned back to Katsu. "So what do you want? Boy or Girl?"
"As long as it's healthy…" Katsu replied. "But I would love a little girl…"
"Same here." Deidara stated.
"No one cares what you think." Konan waved him off and continued to interrogate Katsu.
"There's going to be another brat." Sasori groaned. "I am not babysitting!"

All of the Akatsuki, exclude Deidara and Kakuzu, sat in the waiting room. Soon a nurse walked back in with a very grim look on her face.
"Has the baby been born yet?" Konan asked excitedly.
"Yes" The nurse replied. "You can see her now."
All of the Akatsuki walked to her room to see Deidara, with a tear stained face, talking to Kakuzu in the hallway. They looked to the others and Deidara walked back into the hospital room. Kakuzu looked at the others.
"What's wrong Kakuzu? Is something wrong?" Konan asked.
"Yes something is very wrong." He replied grimly. "I have some news for all of you. Katsu is alright but the baby passed away." No one said anything. Konan wrapped her arms around Pein's neck while he held her. Deidara walked back out.
"Hi, un" He said weakly. "Konan, Katsu is asking if she can talk to you." Konan ran into the room.
"Yesterday everything was ok." Kisame whispered. "But today…"
"She's gone." Kakuzu finished for him.
Deidara leaned against the wall for support as her started to cry. His back slid against the wall as he fell. Sasori walked over to him helped support him.

Konan held onto Katsu as they both cried.

Katsu sat in the nursery that was for the baby. It had been two months since then… She watched the snow outside fall. Her hand wondered to her stomach and tears flooded her eyes.
"Katsu, un?" Katsu looked to the doorway to see Deidara holding a basket with care. "I'm back from my mission, yeah."
"I can see that." She giggled slightly while wiping the tears from her eyes.
"Um, Katsu?" She looked to him.
"Yeah?" He handed her the basket. She took the top off to see a small baby. "Deidara?"
"I found him in the land of snow." He explained. "I couldn't leave him to die Katsu."
"I love you!" She kissed Deidara. The baby in the basket squirmed and the two looked back at it. The baby opened its eyes. His right eye was blue and his left eye was crimson. "What should we name him?"
"How about Ichiro?" Deidara looked to Katsu as she nodded.

Ichiro grew up to be a wonderful shinobi. His hair was a cream color and his eyes stayed the same. When he was about two Katsu had another baby. Her name was Hanna and she had blonde hair and purple eyes. Ichiro protected his little sister from everything and Hanna loved her brother. Sasori always babysat them when Deidara and Katsu were on missions…

I'm sorry it so long! You see when I was writing this on my computer I saved it on the computer and not my flash drive. Well my computer crashed and I lost everything that was on it. But most of my stuff was on my flash drive. But this wasn't! And I had to write it again! R&R please!
