Walking In His Light

We don't have to know what's right or wrong we just have to let the Father guide our way

There is so much I do not know
So much I cannot say
That is why I say a prayer
For the Heavenly Father to guide my way

He sees that everything I do
Is the way He wants me to go
Sometimes it doesn't appear that way

Why He does things that way I don't know

But I do know with the Father
I'm right within His eyes
I ask Him to guide my footsteps
I ask Him to make me wise

We cannot simply read the word

For the word is altered by man

We must listen to Him with our souls

Then we will understand

Been many times I wondered
If I was doing right
But the Father has shown me
I am walking in the light

There is so much I'll never know
But I know this for sure
The Heavenly Father sees my needs
And gently carries me ashore
