2 Years of Growth
Summary: it's been two years since squid girl came back. Although squid girl's friends have grown up into high schooler, squid girl still looks like a middle schooler. And she isn't the only ones that has notice this, both Takeru and his friends, who are now middle schooler, have also noticed. Now it's up to them to protect her, not only from scientist and stalkers, but from each other who are also love rivals.
AN: After I saw the low number of fan- fiction this story had I knew I had to do something about it. So I thought of this. I thought it would be cute if I did the boys having a crush on squid girl since in the show you could see them blushing a couple times, and see them go out of their way to make her happy. So without further-a-do Let start the story.

Chapter 1
"I was great to see you today squid girl, but I have to get back home to do some school work that was left undone. I'll see you tomorrow. Good Bye." Said Kiyomi as she left the lemon beach house, as she goes home to finish her homework she has for high school.
'I squid can't believe this.' thought squid girl as she dropped her head on the table. 'Ink'en after two years I've only grown 1 centimeter. This is so freaken squid, I want to grow too!' As she said this, she banged both her hands and her tentacles on the table while stopping her feet on the floor.
"Squid girl..." The sound came from in front of her, and squid girl tensed up. Realizing who the voice belonged to.
"Could you please not make such a ruckus?" Too a normal person, it would seem like a harmful way to complain. As the person smiled and tilted her head. But to those like squid girl, who have learned to know Chizuru, they can easily pick up the death threats in her voice.
"Y-yes m-ma-m" Squid girl said while looking away, to scared to look in her direction.
As squid girl had looked away she noticed Gorō with Eiko and someone else who seems to also be wearing the lifeguard swim trunks. 'Looks like there's another squid on the beach' thought squid girl, as see looked at the new lifeguard that had a tan similar to Gorō, and dark blue hair.
AN: I know it's a short chapter but I wanted to get this put online as soon as possible, hope you guys get the setting of the story. By the way the new character is going to be what started this all, so pay attention to him. By the way I promise to make the next chapter a lot longer so please forgive me for this short one. I'm planning to make this story about 8-15 chapters long depending on how well the idea goes and how you guys respond. So please review and tell me how you like my idea or if you have any questions about it, feel free to ask. I would also like you all to know this is my first story I posted, so please forgive me if a make a mistake.
