Sam and Max were in their office as Sam sighed, sitting at his wooden desk with Max stretching his arms as they had nothing to do.
"You know, we are doing absolutely nothing." Sam stated in disappointment as he turned to Max.
"Really now? That's a shocker." Max sarcastically replied as he kept on stretching.
"Seriously, when was the last time we actually did any investigations? Of any kind?" Sam asked as he moved his hands around.
Max began doing some jumping jacks when he glanced back at Sam. "Not much. There wasn't enough of us being outside."
"Well, we did go to that one doughnut shop." Sam stated as he raised his right index finger.
"Yeah, just one." Max stated as he tripped, landing flat on his face.
Suddenly the entire office shook as the two freelance cops were surprised, rushing to the window to see that there was a giant, anthropomorphic Dunkin' Donuts with metal legs and arms wreaking havoc in New York City, specifically Manhattan. Sam and Max looked at each other, both of them smiling.
"You thinking what I'm thinking, little buddy?" Sam remarked as he raised his right arm.
"Yeah! Free donuts for us to stick our mouths in!" Max replied, using clever innuendo as they broke through the window and ran towards the monstrous building, willing to kick its butt.
