Yanagida sat in his room, many paper drawings scattered across the bed and floor. "I can't do it..." he muttered. "I can't revive him...!" The Ayakashi was already on the brink of insanity and he has been for a few days.

No. How dare he loose hope? He's the only one left of his clan. He would be the one to revive Sanmoto Gorozaemon. He just had to create the perfect tale. Once he was revived, everything would be wonderful.

The two-toned hair colored man picked up another piece of paper only to sit there for a few minutes and began to draw. It was just a bunch of scribbles. "I can't do it... My Creation skill is no where near as good as Master Kyousai's was..."

Yanagida set the piece of paper he scribbled on next to him. "I give up..." He muttered. What was the point? He couldn't create the perfect tale for him. He couldn't revive him with the threat of the Nura Clan.

"I'm the only one left... What good will it be if I do revive him? I can't even create one tale. It's pointless. I can't do it..."

There was a moment of silence before Yanagida began to laugh quietly. "Heh..." A grin slowly arose on his face before the laughing got louder and more hysterical. "Haha... Ahaha!" He couldn't stop laughing no matter how hard he wanted to. All he could think about was how useless he has become.

You cannot revive your lord no matter how hard you try, Yanagida. He doesn't want you anyway. He didn't take you with him after his defeat. Stop trying... It's useless. You're useless!

Yanagida gave up on his idea that Sanmoto would revive if he created the perfect tale. He knew he wouldn't even want him again as he couldn't stop Nura Rikuo or the Nura clan from killing him once again. The 100 body parts of him were gone with the exception of himself.

He still laughed, until he began to cry. He didn't stop even then though. Insanity finally took over the Ayakashi.

He gave up on everything entirely. The revival, creating tales, letting the history of his clan still linger, everything. Including his own life...
