A/N: ok guys this is my first foray into the Justice League fandom I wasn't sure whether to put this in the else worlds section or not also please don't jump down my throat about any cannon mistakes as I'm changing almost everything. Please review, good or bad, because I really need help in this, one last thing this hasn't been beta'd so if you see any mistakes please point them out in your review.

The Grecians have failed, their champions, lost to the flow and eddies of time. Usually these champions would win against any foe but this was not a foe but a calamity of universal proportions that almost wiped all life from the multiverse until Chronos, in one final desperate act of his waning power, turned back time to the point just before the heroes emerged, what mortals call world war two. The other pantheons decided to prevent all super powered beings from existing in the universe once more in an attempt to stop history from repeating itself. All but one agreed to this course of action Amon Ra, an old king of the Egyptian pantheon, saw that there would always be a need for heroes and so in secret, he found and hid away some powers for the time when they would be needed, A magic ring of willpower, the god nabu's blessing, The spirit of vengeance from an angry God, A demon bounty hunter, mercury's blessing of speed, the intelligence of Thoth, strength and size gifted by Zeus and his pantheon as well as Rao's and the Martian pantheon's contribution to the efforts, also Amon's college Isis, Egyptian goddess of magic, had ensured that some last dregs of magic remained.
Though all these labours, Amon swore he would protect the mortal realm as best he could. When the time came he would release these powers into the mortal world because he could see the horizon and the oncoming storm that lurked there. The world would burn and through the smoke and fire and flames, the justice society would rise again.
