He called her names...rude all were,
She tried to stand out and fight back,
But that one night he lured...
She only followed because she lacked...

She holds his hand on the their couch,
He let someone in,
She never felt so much...
He never gave...

He was nervous but seven years,
She cried and laughed with a smile of 'yes',
Proudly, amongst so many peers...
Forever more...

She said it every day,
He nodded his reply but not a sound,
Year 10, he made her sway...
