Hello!

Dante: And how are you?

Vergil: …

I'm doing fine. How are you, dear readers? You are doing well I hope.

Dante: Stop being such a suck up. They'll review if they want to.

Shut up, Whitey!

Dante: …

Vergil: -smiles-

Dante: That insult can be applied to you as well.

Vergil: -frowns-

Muses… Anyway, here is a brand spanking new story I've had collecting dust for years. I hope you enjoy.

Dante: Oh, yeah, Linky-poo doesn't own SailorMoon or Devil May Cry.

Don't call me that!

Black-Feathered Angels

and

Silver-Winged Devils

Prologue

"'There is no mistake, devils exist,' ... Well, of course they do."

Usagi closed the book in her hand, studying it's brown cover. She ran a forefinger down the spine of the book.

"It's amazing how six simple little words can show how idiotic those Vatican fools are," she said.

The petite blonde crouched low on the cliff, shifting her gaze to the gate opening below her. She tilted her head to the side when a man and a woman walked through the gate. The woman was tall, dressed all in black with long blonde hair. She spoke to the man for a moment before jumping up to the high cliff Usagi was crouched on.

"Does seeing him again bring back memories?" asked the woman.

Usagi frowned. "What are you talking about, Trish?"

Trish knelt down next to the blonde. "You've met him before," she stated. "Even had a little affair with him despite the fact that you were engaged at the time."

"Is that what they've been telling you down in the Underworld?" asked Usagi, a feral smile coming to her lips.

Trish frowned. "Just do your part," she ordered, "and keep your hands off him."

"Are you interested in him?" questioned Usagi.

"He has a job to do!" hissed Trish. "If you hinder him-"

"I'll suffer a painful and gruesome death. Yeah, yeah." Usagi stood. "If you've forgotten, Trish, your master has no hold over me."

"But he does have a hold on your beloved husband."

Usagi turned to glare at the taller woman, but found that she was gone. With a shrug, the blonde turned back to the man. He was making his way up the path to the castle. Usagi tucked her hair behind her ears as the wind picked up.

"I guess Fate has some control over us, eh, Dante?"

Dante felt a sudden chill go up his spin. He frowned, tapping his bottom lip with his gloved forefinger.

"Ever get the feeling you're being watched?" he asked himself.

He turned, looking back down the path. His blue eyes scanned the cliff and he caught sight of a woman with long golden-blonde hair. He blinked and the woman was gone.

"You must be seeing things," he told himself, running a hand through his white hair.

Ano, what do you think? I kinda needed a project to take my mind off not doing my other stories and, of course, school work.

Vergil: She has a tendancy of not doing her work. Like, ahem, a certain portfolio she's supposed to be doing for English IV instead of this.

Hush, Vergie!

Vergil: ….

Dante: …hehe…Vergie…

Anywho, this story is now my main priority.

Vergil: You've said that about so many other things.

Dante: Like cleaning the house.

Vergil: Cleaning your car.

Dante: Working on your other stories.

Vergil: Doing school work.

Dante: Going to the movies with me.

…..

Vergil: …..

Dante: … Hey, I can dream, can't I?

-sigh- Muses are so troublesome, but at least mine are cute. Please R&R! Ja!
