"Are you ready," Naruto asked, his long yellow locks slipping in front of his view.

"When have we ever been," Gaara replied staring into those beautiful blue orbs. His piercing green eyes, usually cold and uncaring held a hint of doubt. "Are you sure," Gaara asked staring at Naruto.

"Of course I am. I mean look," Naruto said pointing to Kohona. The once beautiful village now lay in a pile of its own defeat. The tall buildings and structures were burned to the floor, covering the burned bodies that lay beneath it. The sky had lost its blue glow, and was now a terrible grayish color, and death hinted in the air.

"I know," Gaara said remembering his own flash back to the sand village.

"Are you sure," Naruto whispered out, his blue eyes serious.

"Of course I am," Gaara sneered out, over looking the village.

"How did it end up like this," Gaara asked. He looked up at the sky. His only friend in life, the only thing to witness those terrible acts upon him, the only thing that was there when he first transformed and killed his Uncle, and now it was gone.

"Just remember we can make this right," Naruto stated putting a hand on his friends shoulder. "Now come on lets restart this," Naruto said a smile plastered on his face.

"Whatever you say Hokage," Gaara muttered out a smile on his face.

"You to Kazekigue," Naruto finished before, turning and facing Gaara. "Remember, no regrets," Naruto nearly asked, before closing his eyes.

"No regrets," Gaara replied closing his eyes in the process.

"Fox,"

Are you sure kit?

"Ram,"

I'm positive! Now stop worrying

"Rabbit,"

I'm not worrying over you, I'm just worrying over you body

"Ox,"

Okay, whatever you say. So are you ready to go back to the past?

"Hawk,"

I was never ready to go back to that hell hole. If you ask me, these people got exactly what they deserved.

"Frog,"

You still need to remember that it was my home.

"Weasel,"

That place wasn't your home. It was a prison, and it kept its most dangerous killer locked in their.

"Turtle,"

Whatever you want to call it was where I grew up, and where I brought this place to victory. I can't give it up; I can't not stop this future. I need to do this; no one deserves a future like this.

"Raccoon,"

Alright, I just hope you know what you're doing.

There was a bright flash, and the two bodies currently occupying the space were gone. Only leaving a trail of hope for its new future.
