''Anywhere as long as you're with me, my love!'' replied Sohma Shigure in a singsong voice.
And for a few minutes, they kneeled on th ground next to each other, eyes literally sparkling. Though in the same family, and not to mention, the same gender, they would follow one another to the ends of the earth – to save it!
We call ourselves the Sparkle Bros.! We're here to save the world from the evil wrath of pessimism and author deadlines! Our love will tear through the darkness!'' they said in unison. And once again, their eyes, literally, sparkled.
''We now bring you news about an evil editor on the loose. Authors are being warned everywhere to write their books. The world is in a state of terror!'' the news announcer spoke, traumatized by the impending doom that would certainly arise.
''You hear that Shi-chan? We have a duty to fulfill!''
''Yes! Up and away dearest Aaya-chan!''
With a great sense of everlasting pride and duty, they grabbed each other's hands firmly, and flew out the door and downtown.
''Evil editor-san! We beg of you to unhand that author's neck and feel the love!'' exclaimed Ayame.
''My dear love Aaya-san is right! Us authors don't just write a book, we've got to feel every page, letter, and word. And as an author who dutifully documents the shameless, bold actions of young high school students discovering true lov- ''
''Shigure you perv,'' said Kyo, who just happened to be standing in the crowd.
''As Gure-chan was saying, it takes authors like him time to feel each and every word. It's like...''
''Stop, please stop...I'm touched...I can't take it anymore...I'll stop...I...'' Evil editor-san burst into Sailor-moon-esque tears of shame, then ran off.
And then the crowd went wild! Accompanied by a roar of appreciative fans, a greatly relieved author shouted, ''Hurray for the Sparkle Bros.! Bringing justice to the world, and looking beautiful doing it!''
''Our work here is done!'' said Shigure as he feigned wiping sweat from his brow.
''It was indeed a job well done. Now we return home and bring joy to Yuki-kun!'' said Ayame.
''Yes and spoil Tohru-kun!''
''Oh we lead such a magnificent life, dearest!'' finished Ayame.
And with that, the held hands once more, and flew off into the beautiful sunset, leaving a trail of sparkles behind with their wondrous deeds. They now return home, awaiting another day of fighting crime, saving the world, and not to mention accessorizing!
