A/N: A ministory i thougth up. Only gonna be about 2 chapters, do don't worry!

America sighed and hefted his heap of papers. Time to drag the paperwork back to his office…at the other end of the house. He sighed again; why did this house have to be so big?

While passing a room, he heard music playing. At first he thought it might have been California or Tennessee (they simply adored music), but as he got closer, he realized it was a Justin Bieber song. The nation had to bite his lip to not laugh. Which of his children liked Justin Bieber and how did he not know?

"~Ah never thought I could feel this power; Ah never thought that I could feel this free…~"

That voice singing along…that wasn't one of his kids. Come to think of it, it was…Canada's room? When the heck did Canada start liking Justin Bieber? Alfred pushed the door open gently, and saw something slightly disturbing.

Matthew was singing along with a boom box, wearing skinny black jeans and a ripped, purple leather jacket. He kept trying to flip his bangs just like Justin does and was break-dancing.

"Bro, what the hell are you doing?"

"Dancing. And you better not be thinking of video-taping this."

"But…why JUSTIN BIEBER?"

"Cuz he's Canadian."

America just stared…and stared…and stared as his twin kept making a complete fool of himself. And he felt powerless to take blackmail evidence.

"~Cause there's just no turnin' back/ When your heart's under attack./ Gonna give everything I have/ It's my destiny!~"

"Mattie? You do know he's trying to become an American citizen?"

"…I hate you."

"Love you too, Mattie." With that, Alfred left his brother to dance and sing his heart out to the soon-to-be American citizen's song.

And then his phone went off.

"So I put my hands up/ They're playing my song/ The butterflies fly away/

Noddin' my head like yeah/ Movin' my hips like yeah/

So I put my hands up/ They're playing my song/ Ya know I'm gonna be okay

Yeah~ah/ It's a party in the USA

Yeah~ah/ It's a party in the USA~"

"Seriously, Al?"

A/N: I don't hate him/ I don't love him. You love him? Good for you. You hate him? Good for you. Only one person in the world will understand this joke...THIS IS DEDICATED TO MILEI!
