I thought of this and thought it would be interesting. Usual parings though you won't see most of them. Possibly just Esme and Carlisle.

Vampires don't get sick:

Emmett's POV

I spent all night working on it. Red dots covered every inch of my body and I practiced coughing all night long to get it right.

"Carlisle?" Cough.

"Yes son?"

"I think I'm sick." Cough.

"Emmett, you aren't sick."

"It must be some incurable vampire disease! Oh no!" Oopps, I forgot to cough. Cough.

"There are no vampire diseases, Emmett."

"How would you know?" Cough. "For all you know I have caught something from Edward or Jasper or Rose!" Cough.

"Fine Emmett, I'll humor you." Carlisle rolled his eyes.

"Thanks." Cough.

"Hey Esme? We're going to need a needle. Lets see if we can puncture your skin…" He smiled. He knows I hate the sight of needles.

"Not needles!" Cough.

"Well how else am I going to diagnose you?"

"Any other way!" I looked around his office. Oh yeah, cough.

Esme came in with the biggest needle she could find.

"Here you go and, oh, Emmett dear, people can't control their coughs."

I coughed. Carlisle came closer with the needle.

"So what do you want to miss school for, Emmett?"

Carlisle's POV

"So what do you want to miss school for, Emmett?" He coughed, sounding extremely fake.

"I don't want to miss school!"

"Well you have to stay home from school, and Rosalie can't stay with you."

"No! Rose will stay with me! I know she will…" Cough.

"She can't, though, Emmett." I got closer to him with the needle.

"No! Don't poke me with that thing!"

"Emmett, you don't want to be a little kid, do you?"

He whimpered. "Now now, Carlisle, we can do this another way… Just put the needle down…" He was backing away quickly. He ran into the bookshelf.

"Oh and Emmett," I said as I touched the needle to his skin.

"Yes," he whimpered.

I took the needle away from his skin.

"Vampires don't get sick."
