It's funny how things can change in an instant. One minute you're fine and the next you're in love. Noticing is the key. Once you've started you can never really stop. Then you ask yourself, why you hadn't noticed before this moment and the answer is somewhat unclear.
Anyway you've noticed all these things about this person you haven't noticed before. Now what do you do? First you try to ignore it and it works, for a while. But then they do something special such as compliment you or have a great confidence in your abilities. This is the point where you realise you are gradually falling further down the hole. Knowing that every time you fall further, you are getting closer to the point of no return.
What's worse is knowing that you shouldn't be falling. You should be with everyone else at the entrance of the hole starting down. But it's too late now as you've fallen and you can't get out. It's not like you can ask the others for help as they don't know you've fallen. You mustn't tell them, you mustn't tell the person too. So you have to hide the fact that you are down the hole. You must act like you're not.
The person you love is unobtainable. You know there's no future in it,but still you fall further. There's pain, there's jealousy, there's the line "why does this always happen to me?". You battle your way through emotional turmoil, you wonder "why do I put myself through this?". The answer is as clear as day. It's said that the more you can't have someone the more desirable they become. You see the truth in that.
