The Gray Lady
On the cold dreary night of September third, 1846, a rather tall girl hid her face as she walked down Whittle Street. As the girl walked by a rather large house, an old woman dressed completely in gray emerged form the shadows on the narrow street and trotted clumsily toward the girl. When the girl noticed this, she turned around and yelled," Do you need any help ma'am?"
The woman screamed and started levitating a few inches off the ground. The girl shrieked in panic and ran down the street. The ghost of the woman screamed, "GET OUT OF MY STREET!"The girl ran home and would not talk for twenty days after the experience. She is still scared of any mention of Whittle Street.
