Acklay vs. Nexu
The Acklay and the Nexu existed side by side with each other for a long to on Geonosis. And under the watch of the keepers, they never fought. But what if they were pitted against each other, who would win, the Acklay or the Nexu.
Stats
Acklay
Offense: It is three times the size of the nexu and has razor sharps claws. And with a bite strong enough to snap a steel spear, and teeth like giant needles, it could easily cut the nexu down to size.
Defense: It has a large shell and on its back and on the top of it's head resistant to almost all attacks.
Weakness: An acklay has two weakness, it neck is long and vulnerable to any attack and the teeth though sharp are not particularly powerful and are made to tear flesh of the bone, not crush bone.
Nexu
Offense: Is very fast and agile, and have razor sharp claws and teeth.
Defense: its simple speed and agility can allow it to outmaneuver the acklay's quick attack.
Weakness: Compared to most arena creatures the Nexu is relatively small, and its skin is thin.

The Face Off
In the Geonosian arena, an acklay and a nexu are to be pitted against each other in a fight to the death. Note the pillars seen in Attack of the Clones are there.
The acklay charges at the nexu and attempts to gore it with its claws, but the nexu dodges the attack and pounces onto the acklay's back. Unfortunately its shell is too deep for the nexu's claws to penetrate. The acklay bites the nexu by the tail and throws nexu of it. It then sinks its teeth into the nexu's back but causes no serious damage and not in the right position to break the nexu's back with the acklay's bite force, the beast is forced to let go. The nexu runs far from acklay and behind the pillars. The acklay charges and hits the structure with full force, knocks down the pillar. The nexu then jumps onto the acklay's head but with the shell covering the head, the nexu is unable to do any damage. The acklay throws the nexu off its head and into the wall. Dazed by the hit the nexu is unable to get up when the acklay arches back and stabs nexu with its claw three times, goring nexu to death.
The acklay has kept is crown as top predator of Geonosis.
