Antonio smiled. He had the most precious secret, one that he would probably never show anyone else, particularly to his tomate precioso. Don't get him wrong, he loves and trusts Lovi with almost everything (one of the exceptions being able to clean), but Lovi would definitely be mad if he saw this little treasure.
Wanting to see it again, Antonio whipped out his phone and looked at his screensaver. Sure, maybe it would be harder to hide if it was the wallpaper of his phone, but it just made the Spaniard so happy every time he saw it. It was a picture of his querido smiling and dancing in the living room by the television. Antonio had snuck the picture in while Lovi was celebrating Italy beating Germany in the UEFA semifinals.
"Hey, idiota, what are you doing?" his Lovi asked as he walked into the room and sat down next to the Spaniard.
"Nada, mi amor," Antonio said, pocketing his phone.
Lovino looked him in the eyes for a second or two before he said, "You're lying."
"How do you—I mean, what are you talking about, querido?" Antonio asked.
"You said you weren't doing anything when you were obviously looking at something on your phone. I'm not stupid, bastardo," Lovino said. His signature scowl was settling onto his face.
"I know you're not, Lovi~" and Antonio planted a kiss on Lovino's cheek.
Lovino's face flushed bright red. "D-don't change the subject, ch-chigi! What were you looking at on your phone?"
"How do you know I wasn't just texting someone, Lovi?" Antonio asked. Maybe he could get out of this.
"Because if you were you would have just said so the first or second time I asked," Lovino said.
Okay, so maybe not.
"Well, Lovi, I was just looking at a picture," Antonio said.
"Can I see this picture?" Lovino asked.
"You probably wouldn't like it," Antonio said.
"Does it have anything bad?" Lovino raised an eyebrow.
Oh no, not the eyebrow raise. "No, nothing bad. You just probably wouldn't like it, though."
"You got me curious now. Can I see it?" Lovi looked at him.
"Fine." Antonio pulled out his cell phone and showed his background to Lovi.
"Che cose è questo?"
Lovi was always adorable! Especially his habit to slip into Italian. "It's a picture of you, Lovi."
"QUANDO?"
"Eh, after the game when you beat Germany," Antonio said.
Lovi head-butted Antonio in the stomach. "Distruggerla, bastardo!"
Antonio doubled over slightly from the pain. "No. I can't do that, mi tomate."
"Perché no?" Lovino complained.
"Because it makes me so happy to see my tesoro smiling every time I see it," Antonio said.
Lovino blushed bright red. "Stai zitto... Idiota."
"Aww, Lovi! You look just like a tomato~" Antonio cooed as he hugged his beloved Italian.
A/N: Sooo... shameless Spamano! :D
