"Help!"
Sam barreled through the doors of the E.R with a bloody and barely conscious Dean cradled in his arms. He came to an abrupt standstill outside the glass double doors of the triage area, his arms shaking under Dean's weight. Through the partition, he caught the eye of a cute nurse wearing Kermit scrubs. Seconds later, she burst through the doors with a gurney.
"What happened?"
Sam settled Dean onto the gurney. "He's been shot."
"What's his name?" she asked, checking Dean's vitals.
"Uh…Mark…Knopfler. I'm his brother David." Sam grasped Dean's hand. "Please…just help him."
