"So what do you need me for?" Baird asked. "This better be important for me being out here in the cold."

I laughed. "Awww someone can't take the cold like a man." I turned to smile at him.

Winter was finally here at Azura. The snow started to fall yesterday night and continued to fall non-stop and everybody was trying to avoid going out. Even Baird but recently there's been technical issues outside that he needed to attend to.

"Just tell me why I'm out here Sam."

"Well." I stopped in front of a lamp post. "They wanted you to fix this awhile back before winter came for people like me can go outside and not slip on any ice." I crossed my arms and looked at him.

"I don't care if you did slip on ice and hopefully I'm there to see it." He sounded excited.

"Sounds like you get off on that." I said quietly.

"What?"

I shook my head. "Nothing, now work." I pointed at the lamp post.

"I don't have my tool belt."

"Well get it."

Baird squinted at me. "You know if this bothers you so much, I'll just go back inside and stay there." He said, turning around and heading straight into the double doors.

"No wait!" I looked around, frantically searching for something for me to throw at him. My eyes widened. Snow. There was a pile of snow building up around the lamp post but there was one problem. There was also ice. I carefully stepped on the ice and took careful steps. When I reached the pile of snow, I scooped some and formed it into a ball.

"Hey Baird, think fast!" And I threw the snowball at him.

"What!" Baird turned around but was greeted with the snowball in the face. I couldn't help but burst out laughing.

"You know what" He said, wipping away the snow from his face, revealing his angry face, which caused me to smile. "I'm taking you with me." Baird started walking towards me. I knew what was around me. Now I was waiting for the master mechanic to fall on his ass.

"I would like to see you try." I smirked.

Baird quickened his pace untill he stepped on the patch of ice and slipped and landed on his ass.

"Fuck..." He laid completely down on the ice. I laughed and walked over to him and slowly crawled on top of him.

"See why they need the lamp post working agian."

He only groaned and open his eyes. "I hate you."

"But I love you." I dived in for a kiss and laid my head on his chest. The heat from his body was warm and comforting that I pressed my body closer to his.

"Uh Sam?"

I smiled. "What?"

"I'm glad that your warm but my back is really cold." Baird sighed. I lefted my head from his chest.

"Does this mean that I have to get up?"

"Perferribly yes." And he started lifting himself which made me get off of him, missing the warm feeling already. I was dissapointed that Baird didn't slip agian.

"The temperature will drop more if we stay out here more longer." Baird looked at me. He probably noticed me shivering.

"Yeah." And we headed towards the doors. As we were walking, I walk a little to fast and slipped on the ice patch that we were on and I was heading towards the ground. I braced myself for impact untill I felt arms around me to stop my fall. I looked back and smiled and Baird smiled back.

"Thanks."

"Anytime." He picked me up and walked where dead grass was showing. Baird was about to put me down.

"No." I clinged to him tighter. Baird looked at me questionably.

"No what?"

"Hold me." I looked at him. Baird smiled and re-position me and carried me to the doors that confined the warmth.

"I love you." He looked down at me. "But you can be a bitch sometimes though."

I looked up at him. "I love you too but you can also be a asshole." I slightly punch his chest.

"Well yes I can be but you can't resist me like i can't resist you." And before entering, we both kissed.
