AN: Yay Kitty's back! I usually don't write horror, but I was in a... "different" mood. So really, if you can't stand blood, don't read this. So I wanted to make this clear. In the beginning the narrator is talking to the audience, then afterwards to this apprentice.
The night air was crisp and cool. I had to admit this apprentice had won my heart.
His strange behavior didn't keep me away.
I guess after my sister had gone missing half a moon ago, I felt more drawn to him.
It still confuses me how this occasion went to close to what I thought it would go,
yet so very different.
I lay by the stream edge. It drifted by serenely.
I heard a slight chatter as it flowed down its course.
By the clear, fresh water, I watched as it drifted past
running through the soft moss and plants.
The sparkling, life-giving water welled from the rocks.
The stream ran clear and bright with moonlight.
I saw your wonderful smile as the light slowly faded,
That was the perfect way to end my day.
Your smile did not cease.
The sounds drifted off a little, I strained to hear them.
I heard the trickling, as the little stream ran down its course.
The hot, sticky stream, pulsing dark from its slash
Crept through my fur, spilling down on the grass.
The black, horrid fluid welled from my throat.
The stream ran red, choked with blood.
I saw your sick, twisted smile as my vision faded,
"This was the perfectly wrong, terrible way
in which you have chosen to end my day."
Your smile only increased.
Ok so this was a little... different. Tell me what you think! xD
