Heroes were standing around, waiting, contemplating, trying to see which meta they would go with today.
And then it started: they appeared, followed by the chat log display and the names joining.
"Oh no, not again!" A woman cried out, and sighed, placing her hand on her head, as her body suddenly began to shine with selection.
"What is the matter?" Ana asked, as she walked over with some tea, not paying any attention on who just made her shine.
"That person," Mercy pointed towards a particular name and continued, "is what they call a 'battle mercy', and it goes against everything I hope to achieve in the world. Which, as you know, is to focus on healing, not killing. I only use that pistol if I have too." Mercy picked up her sidearm and examined it, fearing it will cause to much blood shed today.
Reaper walked over as they were speaking, and someone else - apparently a friend of the Battle Mercy - chose his character. He looked at the name, then at her and asked, "Would you like me to kill you?"
"It would be a mercy killing if you do so... " She said bluntly, full dead pan. Looking away and placing her pistol back on her side, she held up her staff just as McCree, shining brightly, called out, "Did she really just say that?"
"Haha, yes my friend!" Reinhardt acknowledges, as he was also chosen.
"Hooley dooley! This is certainly going to be an interesting game ... " Junkrat proclaims as he chugs the last of his drink and shoots off a mine, jumping to God knows where.
Thanks to everyone who have read my stories, sorry I never put up a story after uprising, I was so frustrated with not being one of the 0.6%. My main sucks outside of Comp & Quick.
Shout out to all those that deal with my Battle Mercy on the field, and call me a friend, you will make your appearances in the story!
