This is my first fan fic, so enjoy and please review!
Chapter 1:
He loved her, there was no dening it.
Kyo Sohma loves Tohru Honda.
Kyo sighed. He had no chance with her. She liked that stupid Rat too much.
"Hey, Orangey, snap out of it!" Uotani started poking Kyo to make sure that he was ok.
"Cut that out," Kyo demanded.
"Only if you tell me why you were day dreaming while staring at Tohru!"
Kyo blushed feircely and tried to think of an escuse, "I just zoned out, and I wasn't staring at Tohru! I was looking at the blackboard. She is sitting right in front of it!"
"Sure, whatever"
Later that night, at Shigure's house, Kyo lay on his bed, thinking about what had happened in school that morning. He had almost been found out.
Just then, Tohru poked her head through Kyo's bedroom's door, "Hey Kyo-kun, what do you want for dinner?"
"Anything but leeks!" Kyo snapped at Tohru then immediatlly regretted it. "I mean, whatever you want, I guess..."
"Ok, I'll go ask Shigure-san what he wants then!" Tohru skipped down the hallway towords Shigure's room with Kyo watching her go.
"Why do I always have to act so angry when I'm around her," Kyo asked himself. What ever the cause was, Kyo never acted really genuinely nice. He knew that he would have to be nicer if he wanted Tohru to like him more. But, if it had to be done, it had to be done. He would start the next day.
"Hey Kyo-kun! Wake up! we'll be late for school if you don't start to get ready!" Tohru tapped Kyo, trying to wake him.
"I must have fallen asleep before dinner... Hmm, it's even morning already," Kyo thought to himself, "Oh well, I guess I have to get up" He groaned as he sat up and looked at Tohru. In the morning light, her smiling face seemed to glow. Kyo gasped, she looked like a goddess, at least, more than usual. "Ok, I'm up now, you happy," Kyo said gruffly, trying to act cool.
