"Are you sure this is right?" Mrs. Weasley asked.

"The book said muggle birthday parties have streamers and balloons," her husband answered holding the two objects in his hand. "Hermione helped me pick these out," he added. Mrs. Weasley nodded.

"If she said it's right..."

"Don't worry, it'll be fine. Fred and George wanted to help, but I sent them outside." He used his wand to raise the streamers to hang from the ceiling. Mrs. Weasley looked at the balloons in confusion.

"You use air to inflate them," Hermione said walking into the room. "Like this," she took one and demonstrated.

"Oh! So inventive!" Mr. Weasely exclaimed taking one from Hermione and trying to blow it up. It took him three attempts before he managed to tie it correctly. Hermione remained patient the entire time.

Ginny and Ron wandered in looking at the muggle decorations. Ginny smirked hiding something behind her back.

"What do you have?" her mother asked.

"Nothing, Fred and George wanted to know if they could come back inside and help decorate. George said they weren't going to use the fire crackers after all." Mrs. Weasley's eyes narrowed in doubt.

"Tell them they can degnome the garden. Ron, help me with this. Do I have this sign straight?"

"Sorta? Why do we have to use muggle decorations? Ours are much cooler! These don't even light up or sing, or anything." Hermione glared at him.

"Because, dear, Harry's used to the muggle ways. Besides, it'll do good to expand your knowledge," she answered. She turned to Mr. Weasley.

"Is everything else ready?'

"Yes, we'll be picking Harry up at two. I've already spoken to his aunt and uncle, they are perfectly happy to have him come spend the summer."

"Good. I've got the guests arriving at one-thirty. Hermione helped me with invitations."

Harry couldn't stop smiling. Not only was he spending his birthday at the Burrrow, but he was spending his whole summer there. Hermione had written him to tell him she was staying there too. This was going to be the best summer!

Mr. Weasley drove Harry to the Burrow in his new flying car, keeping it high enough they wouldn't be seen. He had managed to replace the one the willow had destroyed. Ron was sitting in the back seat with him talking about the latest broom models. Harry smiled happily.

They landed with a soft 'thud'. Everything looked amazing. Harry got out.

"Leave your trunk, we'll get it later. I'm sure everyone will be happy to see you." Harry wondered why they weren't waiting outside for him. He pushed open the door. The kitchen was dark. He blinked as the lights came on.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Everyone announced at once. Balloons flew across the floor and a large banner reading 'Harry Birthday!' hung from the doorway. Harry had a feeling the twins had enchanted it. Harry looked around seeing all the Weasleys, Hermione, Dean, Seamus, Lavender, Oliver Wood, and both the Patil twins.

"Thank you," he managed to stutter between the tears of joy streaming down his face. "This is the best birthday ever."
