A/N- Just a little thing I wrote after finishing the book for the first
time, then expanded on.
And gave a funky shape. I haven't really experimented with shape in
poetry much before, so bear
with me here. Don't forget to review! I don't know how good it is and
if others liked it unless
I get feedback. It's very surreal and existential.

-it's beginning-
-can you feel it coming-
-it's like a wave
of light...
-it's christmas
and everything
bright-
and pretty-
and happy
and good-
can you see it before us...
elsewhere...
NOW.
Glowing and-
utopia
This is what you are
Believe and achieve now
Like a fallen star...
do you believe? release...
do you BELIEVE?
elsewhere...
believe in me now
release...
please believe in me now-
elsewhere...
come with me now-
release-
IT
BEGINS.
(you start falling, and you never stop
until you hit the ground...
and then you can never get up-)
Shining like
nothing-
Cold and dark and steel
Then heaven, death, and elsewhere
believe
IT BEGINS
This is all that's
REAL.
(what's real, how can you know
how can find anything, -anyone- who's
real
in these times?
can you see color?
can you see light
can you hear
MUSIC)
(finally, this is real
nothing's been real before this
you awaken and you fall
do you believe?
you've already jumped
and set it into motion
In ME?
you can't go back anymore
you can't go back to your life
believe in ME. You can't EVER live again.)
Black and white and sameness
IT ENDS.
Leave it all behind
Take a sled to elsewhere-
IT ENDS AGAIN.
Wonder what you'll find?
(climb onto the sled now.
believe in god, believe in your
faith
believe in your plans
believe in the little baby in
your arms
believe in memories
believe in colors, and light, and music,
and feelings, sadness and pain and JOY
believe in the Giver
And believe in
what he gave)

So
release yourself from cold
Release yourself from lies
Descend,
ascend-
-and you find the truth-
where you belong...
-release yourself-
...where you belong...
-take your release-
-release YOURSELF now-
...fall into the skies...
