Year C.E 77 after the last war between ZAFT and Orb. Earth was at peace which gave way to the hope of new colonies where naturals and Coordinator can co-exists . Later known as the Ark colonies when people believe that there is no war can happen. But there been rumors of corruptions and signs of war would come. After the last years completion of the Ark Cosmist link. Now there has been more activity lately. Now the second year is coming after the completion of Cosmist link colony. Kira and Lucas Clyne visit the colony to give it introduction to the rest of the world and the other colonies. But there been sighting of illegal experiments but not proving to the public but that the least of there worries.

Things have clam down since the new members of the Ark finish their training in the Academy for there new pilots for the new generation of Coordinator and naturals alike but now new pilots like Ryu Flare join the ship Fastany and its Admiral Kira Yamoto who hand pick then him out with. The one who help organize the hold affair. But Ryu and his friends on the Fastany Jesse Trace, pilot of the new mobilesuit model FSA-03 Maverick, next is a shy girl name Moon Kyoto pilot of the SAG-29 Solar, another girl Vice Mako pilot of the prototype that was classified as a top-secret mobilesuit and as well as Ryu unit. Kira for some reason ask for these pilots to join his ship. Kira know something starting very soon but didn't tell until he was sure, but Ryu and his friends didn't know what they was in for until it was to lateThey meet up with Kira and he explain his reasons he request.

As the battle increase the people began to get restless as the can hear the impacts from the explosions from the mobilesuit get closer to them. As Orb defended it self with it Windams mark II(Windam module normal design but faster and lighter as we fusion cannons on the wings once equip together can fire a phase cannon shot.) So Orb defenses held well until the unknowns forces gather back-up and the battle became one-side. Than a red cannon fire sweep past the ZUKU. As surpires the unknown forces was where the beam came from a image appear from in the middle of the sunlight as it landed it was the Destiny and Shinn was ready to defend the home of his parents
