THE KISS THAT ENDED IT ALL

A girl was entering the gym of their school. She was a player and the assistant coach of the basketball team. When she entered the gym the members greeted her " hi! Chiharu!" each member said. "Hi!" she said in reply, "Have you seen my brother?" She asked. "They answered her " No, we haven't seen him yet!" " Well, thanks anyway!" with that she sat on the bench and looking at the records of each member. Then she came across with one of the members record, she was staring at it. "Is anything wrong with my records?" said a guy standing across her. "No! Nothing's wrong with it, Rukawa!" she said. " By the way I want to talk to you later after practice!" He said. " About what?" she asked. "About something, so will it be okay?" he asked. "Sure!" she said in reply. After that Rukawa was walking to the court, and Chiharu was looking again the records of the team. While they were talking all the members were looking at Rukawa because he seldom talk, and especially to girls, well except for Ayako, the team manager. They were thinking that he was asking something about basketball. Then they started their practice when Akagi, the captain of the basketball team arrived. Chiharu went to do some important things for the Basketball club.
The practice ended at 5:30. Chiharu got back at the gym 5:00. She was so tired and wants to go home, but she had to tell Coach Anzai the response of the important thing for the Basketball club. After she reported she went in to the locker room. Then a scream was heard in the locker room. "I'm so sorry Rukawa" as she turned her back on him. " It's okay! By the way where were you? I've been looking for you during practice" as he went in front of her. " I was doing errands for the team!" she answered. " Okay by the I was going to ask you something," he said. " Could you say tomorrow, because I need to go home it's late and oni-chan might get worried." She said " sure! Let me walk you home then ne?" He said, " Okay I don't actually like to walk alone in the dark!" She replied. " Come on then I'll help you lock up!" he said with a smile. Chiharu was half surprised and half happy. She was surprised because she never seen Rukawa smile and she was happy because he smiled at her. They locked up the gym and started to head to Chiharu's house. While they were heading Chiharu got kind of cold. Rukawa saw that she was cold so he put his arms around her shoulders. When she felt his arm around her shoulders she was blushing and then laid her head on Rukawa's shoulder. " You know to tell you the truth I really liked you!" he said. " Me too. I really like you!" she said. They stopped walking and said, " will you be my girlfriend?" he asked " yes!" she answered and they kissed and they headed for Chiharu's home. When they got there they said good-bye and Rukawa left.
