A Wave of Majik

Donatello Pietro was the greatest magician of his time, sending people flying and creating things from thin air. He was a treasure that the British embassy held close to its heart. His family line carried, through the generations, the same abilities, though slowly diminishing in power. Eventually, the majesty and wonder that came with the Pietro family name had disappeared completely, leaving dull and utterly ordinary people with just a legacy.

One year, all of the families that had carried his genes had a child at the same time, creating 204 babies with identical birthdays. These children were special, carrying more potent Pietro genes than every other generation combined. Very early on, they began to show abilities the likes of which their families had never seen before. Guantalo, the Pietro elder, saw this phenomenon and acted immediately. He gathered the children into one place, Pietro's School for the Magically Gifted, and began to teach them all he could. He hired teachers and officers to help the students.

The only odd thing was that all of the children were boys, leading Guantalo to believe that the gene was carried in the Y chromosome. This would have been an amazing revelation, had Guenevere not shone up. Guen was a young girl who possessed similar powers to most of the boys, though lacking the same elegance and control. She immediately sook friendship in the three most influential boys at the school. Noell, Liberta and Andreello.

Liberta was the strongest with his ability, Andreello, the most beautiful in execution, and Noell the most in control. These three boys make up the three tiers of the abilities that go through the school. Every student is different and every student must learn. Learn that those who claim to help are not always there to help them.
