-An object created for one task, is to complete that task.
If, say, something, something uncontrolled by the Creator, is to interfere, a time-space 'Traveler', if you will, the object in question is to continue to attempt to complete the task, repeating the actions over and over again, stuck in time, simply disappearing into the space-time vortex upon failure, and re-appearing a moment later and attempt to complete its given task over and over again.
This is assuming that the object in question does not finish it's task. Upon completion, it will patch up the hole in space-time created at (1) the point of entering the space-time vortex upon failure, and (2) at the point of re-entry.
However, seeing as there has most likely been an other-worldly appearance in order to change something to do with the given object, a piece missing that prevents completion of it's task. This missing object is most likely with the being that caused the object to fail initially, the 'Time Traveler' if you will.
If the missing object is on a level of intelligence, it may eventually realize it must assist in completion of the objects task, and patch the rip.
If the missing object is simply a physical form, no intelligence, it is not impossibly that the given object may stay stuck in the space-time vortex for potentially eternity. If the missing object is replaced, the hole fixed.
• Seeing as the object, as after failing it's given task, opens a rift into the space-time vortex, and another upon re-entry, the vortex will weaken around the point of entry and exit of the vortex. Due to this, it is possible a creature in the t/s vortex could enter the realm of the object in question. However, upon completion of the task, as the rifts are patched, any creatures having entered through either rift is transported back to the time and place of entry, only in the t/s vortex. This will also erase the memory if any intelligent form having seen the creature, leaving its own memory intact of it's visit.
• Upon completion of the task, the time containing the failed attempts is taken into the s/t vortex, and the vortex will 'delete' this period of failure, and reset time as if the completed attempt was the initial try.
The 'Time Traveler', the creator of the original rift of it's own arrival, will be the only one to remember this period, however, he will not be able to travel back and visit this period of failure again, as it has been erased, and, as far as the T/S vortex is concerned, never happened, and can therefore not be exhibited.

This is just part of a theory I came up with as an attempt to explain space-time.

Any questions?
