Prolog

A Hollow beeping, accompanied by flashing lights shone through the darkness. the boy shifted his position in his bed, rolling over to face the wall opposite the desk the beeping devidce was sitting on. He released a groan, his sleep being disturbed.

He sat up, his shaggy brown hair falling over his eyes. He brushed the hair our of his eyes, with more effort than was needed, and leased a yawn. He glanced at his digital clock. 3:42 AM. Way to early to do anything.

He remembered the reason for having his sleep disturbed, and grabbed the beeping device, silencing it. It had a notice on it's screen saying that he had recieved a message. Being unable to fall back asleep, he grabbed the device again, and checked the message.

"Not long before the end begins;

The blossoms change to meet said ends

We all die soon

We all die fast

With upbeat speed, we all die past--"

The 'poem' of sorts ended seemingly being cut off. The boy was fully awake, and seeing the words die on the screen had caused his hair to stand on end. The last part seemed to go together, but the beggening seemed to hae no relation to the ending. He rubbed his eyes, and sighed turning on the TV, making him feel a false protection, as if he wasn't alone. He yawned, and returned the device to it's resting place and returned to sleep himself.
