Here's just a little something that popped into my head last night. It's probably not much good but hopefully it'll get a few laughs.

It was just over a year since Mission City, and a couple of weeks after Sideswipe's arrival that it happened.
Optimus Prime was just leaving his "office", one of the many hangars on Diego Garcia, when he spotted Sideswipe leaning against another building. And while this wasn't unusual in itself, the wide-eyed, intense stare the silver corvette was aiming in his direction was rather disconcerting.
"Did you want something Sideswipe?" Optimus asked politely, and was quite mystified when the front-liner's eyes widened and he turned and skated off. The Autobot leader stared after him for a few seconds before shrugging the strange behaviour off as something to do with a prank.
This continued for the next week, with Optimus catching flashes of silver at the edges of his visions and turning to find Sideswipe staring at him, before the corvette taking off again. But it wasn't until a medical check-up that the Prime found out the truth.
Ratchet had been ranting again about this and that, when a mention of the Twins had led Optimus to voice his thoughts. Ratchet had paused for several seconds before saying nonchalantly:
"Oh, he's got a little crush on you."
"What? When did that happen?" Optimus sputtered, slightly alarmed. While it was fairly common for at least one of the soldiers to have a crush on the Prime, Sideswipe had never shown even a hint of interest.
"I believe it happened after Ironhide showed him the footage of Mission City last week," Ratchet replied, fighting a grin.
"Oh no," Optimus said in dismay, burying his head in his hands.
"Oh yes," Ratchet said gleefully. "He was very impressed with your Jet Judo."
