Disclaimer: I do not own the Magic Tree House series or the Bible. If I did, I would've written this much sooner. Oh well... Enjoy!
Chapter 1: The Mysterious J Person
It was a muggy spring afternoon in Frog Creek , Pennsylvania and Jack and Annie were sitting in the house after a hard day of chores. "It's been a long time since Morgan, Merlin, or Teddy and Kathleen had sent us on a mission, don't you think so, Jack?" Annie sighed. "Yeah. Do you think the Magic Tree House is back?" Jack asked, sighing. "We can go find out!" Annie exclaimed. "Good idea! But first, let's change into outside clothes." Jack replied. With that, he ran to his room and started to change. After both children had changed into different clothes, Jack grabbed his notebook, pencil, and backpack and Jack and Annie headed for the door. "Mom, Dad, can me and Annie go to the woods for a bit?" "Ok kids, just be careful out there!" Their dad replied. "And make sure you bring a jacket just in case it rains!" Their mom added. The two of them grabbed their jackets and headed towards the Frog Creek Woods. Just as they hoped, the Tree House was back, but no one was inside. "Huh, I wonder where they are." Jack said as he looked around the Tree House. "Well, they might have a new mission for us." Annie said as she looked for a new book or at least a note. She finally found a new book and a note. "What does it say, Annie?" Jack asked, as she read the note. She handed the note to Jack and he read aloud:
Dear Jack and Annie,
You might not know much about Me, but I have known you before this earth was made.
You have heard of Me before, but I think that the best way for you to really know Me is for you
to find me and know me for yourselves. This book will guide you on your mission.
And one more thing: No matter what, just Trust in Me.

"Well, that wasn't Morgan." Annie said, confused. "Or Merlin. Or even Teddy and Kathleen." "Actually, I don't even think it's anyone from Canterlot." Jack replied with a frown. " And how does this person know us and why did they say that we've heard of them? I mean, we've just heard about them now and they're very vague about themselves." "Well, we're gonna find out." Annie exclaimed. She then read the title of the book and gasped as she read aloud The Holy Bible. "The what?" Jack asked in shock. "That's the title of the book and I see a bookmark on where we're gonna go." Annie replied as she opened the book. "I wish we could go-" "Stop! Wait a minute. We need to know where we're going first!" "Oh come on, Jack!" What do we got to lose?" Our minds, our lives, a limb. There are many things we can lose. Jack thought. "Alright Annie, let's go." Jack finally replied. Annie picked up the book, flipped to the page with the bookmark, and said, "I wish we could go there."
The wind started to blow.
The Tree House started to spin.
It spun faster and faster.
And everything was still.
Absolutely still.
