Samantha Puckett was having, by far, the WORST day of her life. Her boyfriend of 3 years had just broken up with her, for Mel, her sister. Her nice, lovely, more beautiful sister. Sam couldn't believe it. What was worse what that he had broken up with her in a text that read:
Sam. Breakin up wit u for mel. Srry.
Sam sat alone in at a table in the back of the Groovy Smoothie, sobbing uncontrollably, when Freddie Benson walked in. "Hey" he said softly walking toward her shaking body. She looked up, makeup running everywhere. He sat down with her. Instead of yelling at him she actually smiled. "Carly told me what happened, Sam. I'm so sorry."
"Yeah, its okay. I'm not that upset." She lied, wiping the makeup and tears off of her face with a napkin.
"Of course it is." Freddie said. "That's why you're sobbing." And then Freddie did something very bold. He kissed her. In front of all of the people in the Groovy Smoothie, he kissed her. Several seconds later, he pulled away and braced himself to be slapped. Instead, Sam smiled. Her day getting a lot better. Her old boyfriend was history. He had already had the best days of his life with her.
"I love you Freddie. I always have, and I always will." Sam said. Then, she got up and walked out of the Groovy Smoothie, leaving Freddie all alone...
