Percy Jackson stood in the throne room of Mount Olympus, the gods staring at him. There had been rumours of the primordial god Tartarus that he was trying to rise, so the demigod alone had ventured into Tartarus and proved these rumours wrong.
"Perseus!" Zeus' voice boomed throughout the chamber, "We are giving you a reward for not going into Tartarus once, but twice. Our offer is not minor, but becoming a major god!" Percy did not look surprised about this, but his answer, surprised the gods.
"I accept."
