Eren is in the kitchen looking through baby pictures of Tess and Deva. He smiled lovingly as he stare at the picture. He and Levi are in front of the field with smiles of their face. Eren is holding the babies who were three months at the time.
He chuckled at the picture of Tess throwing a pie at Armin's face. He chuckled again before he felt a pair of arms around his shoulders "hello Levi."
"Hello." Levi kiss Eren on the cheek.
"What was that for?" Eren raise an eyebrow.
"Oh nothing...just want to let you know that...I care about you brat." Levi smirk. Eren blush as Levi smirk grew bigger.
"Thank you." Eren was just about to kiss Levi until both of them heard a scream.
"WHAT THE HELL." They turn their head to see Tess and Deva glaring at Levi. Deva is holding an box while Tess growls in anger "Papa you cheated, we were suppose to give Daddy our present first."
Levi wink at his daughters "well Papa was faster."
"Present...what is this about?" Eren asks.
Levi let go of Eren and smirk "the girls want to give you a mother day gift but I beat them to it."
"Because you're a cheater." Tess frowns while Deva walked up to Eren.
"Here Daddy." she handed the box to him "me and Tess made this for you." Eren blink, staring at the box. He frowns in confusion before opening it.
"Oh my god." Eren said in surprise. Inside the box is an adorable teddy bear. It had brown fur, pink nose and big adorable blue eyes. He took it out to see a heart in its hands saying 'I love Mom.'
"So do you like it?" Tess said as she stand next to Deva. Eren smiles as he stare at his gift.
"I love it." Tess and Deva smiles.
"Yay we knew you love it." they said in unison. Eren hug the teddy before standing up.
"This is the best gift ever thank you." Eren bend his knees and hug them "I love you."
"We love you too." Levi smiles as Eren stands up. He walked up to Eren and kiss him on the cheek.
"Happy Mother's day brat."
