There was a room at the back of the local high school that was long forgotten. It was piled his with old cardboard boxes filled with abandoned garbage and it smelled of mildew. If you asked the room number, no one would know where it was. If you asked for directions, you would not receive them correctly.

Until recently, there was no reason to be in this room. A handmade flyer posted two weeks ago changed that.

The purple flyer did not change things drastically. No, the boxes were still piled to the ceiling, and the mildew scent lingered. The only difference was the four students that had gathered, for one shared reason.

The most confident of the group was standing by the old, table-like contraption. He ran a hand admiringly along the rusting metal surface, toying with the buttons and dials. "Fascinating," he breathed, "don't you think?"

The teenager turned to look at his peers.

One of them, a dark girl with hair messily pulled out of the way shrugged. "Looks like dirt." She shrugged off her backpack, pulling her leather jacket closer around herself. She seemed unimpressed, but stepped closer to examine it.

A second girl had turned up to the forgotten room. Her simple yet intriguing voice gave no explanation for why she brought cassettes; she simply dropped her bag by the door and joined the aforementioned two.

The fourth and final member was a boy, similar to the first, but in no other way similar. He was utterly quiet; the few words he spoke were just barely stammered out. He sat on one of the smaller piles of boxes, old knitted hat pulled low on his head.

The four were an awkward, uninteresting, odd bunch, and would never have been connected outside of the forgotten room.

"I think it seems interesting," Hester announced in her articulate voice. Julian, from his somewhat hidden spot, nodded enthusiastically.

Keisha gave another shrug, but this time it came with a smile. "You guys are such nerds," she scoffed.

Cecil pulled his eyes off of the authentic radio table with some effort. "Yup. We sure are."

Yes, yes, this is extremely short. All I know is I recently caught up on all four of these podcasts, and was just itching to make a crossover. If people like this (I know the fan base FanFiction-wise is quite small) I'll be glad to continue this.

But anyway, today's a day to be thankful or whatever. For one, I'm thankful for my readers, followers, and favorite-ers. Thanks for sticking with me, through thick and thin. Also, thanks to my new beta, Maniac Jack.

Have a safe, Happy Thanksgiving (or a random Thursday for those who don't celebrate it).

Stay awesome, my dudes!
