Chapter 1

The train

I drag my trunk through King's Cross Station. Hurried people bustle past me, not noticing that I am wearing a cloak, part of a uniform for a school they probably never heard of, Hogwarts, or that my older brother, behind me is carrying an owl with his luggage. Behind him are our parents. Little do these muggles know, my parents are famous for helping Harry Potter, the Harry Potter, defeat the most evil wizard of all times. Their names are Ron and Hermione Weasley. I am their youngest daughter, Sophia Ari Weasley.

We walk on until I come to the seemingly solid wall between platforms nine and ten. I take a breath and run straight at them, I run faster but instead of hitting the wall, I go right through it. I see that I am on another platform, one that was invisible if you were standing on nine or ten.

I see a sign labeling the platform 9 ¾. A scarlet steam engine stands before me. Hundreds of students and parents hug their children goodbye as they step onto the train.

My own parents brother run through the wall after me. My mother checks our luggage to make sure we have everything and pulls me into a bone-crushing hug. I can imagine that it is hard for my parents to watch their children get on a train that will take them away until Christmas.

I am about to start my fourth year at Hogwarts, and my brother, Hugo, will start his sixth. We have a sister named Rose, but she graduated Hogwarts a couple years ago.

As my mother hugs Hugo, my uncle, Harry Potter, the Harry Potter, walks up behind us with my cousins Lilly and Fawn. He has two other kids, James and Albus, but they are also graduated. "Where's Ginny?" My mother asks him, "She's at home, Teddy, Victore and their... Beautiful, angel children, came over last night and the kids nearly burned the house down, one of their twins kept giving herself deer antlers and chasing fawn around." He said.

Fawn stood beside me, staring daggers at her father. Obviously that story was one she was hoping would no be retold. She smirked at her father and boarded the train. All of the compartments were filled except one, where Chrissy Scamander and Ember Malfoy are talking. "Father gave him to me this summer." She said, holding a shimmery blue/silver bird. "He's quite lovely, as an Occamy usually is." Like her mother, (Luna Lovegood/ Scamander) Chrissy is in Ravenclaw. Ember however is in Hufflepuff, and was disowned by her Slytherin father. So now we have one of us from each house, Fawn, the Slytherin; Chrissy, the Ravenclaw; Ember, the Hufflepuff; and me, the Gryffindor.
