So, yeah, I don't know why I wrote this.
Maybe because it's 11:06 at night and I'm looking through DeviantArt for Static Shock fanart, and thus finding, naturally, a helluva lot of slash. Also, I've been watching old episodes of SS, and this is my partial explination of why, in one of his first uses of powers, Hotstreak burns Richie's shirt off.
