"What's this?"
"It's a locket. It symbolizes our friendship, you should have it." I said smiling.
He took it and stared at it, then out it around his neck. "Thanks Kairi, I'll treasure it." This earned my happy and proud grin.

"Sora?"
"Yes Kairi."
"I have something I want to tell you, but…you have to promise never to tell anyone."
"I promise." He laughed
"Do you swear on your life?" I asked seriously
"I swear on my life."
"I love you…"
He stared at me blankly, trying to process what I had just said.
I leaned in to kiss him hoping he would lean in to try to kiss me back. Just my luck, he did.
Our lips were centimeters apart when-
BANG!
Sora's body went limp and fell sideways to the ground next to me, a pool of crimson blood flowed out of his side. That is where I shot him.
I bent down and took off the locket I gave him when we were kids. Still holding my gun, I threw it over my shoulder and started twirling the locket around my index finger, scarcely thinking about what I had done to Sora. I smiled as I walked away humming a familiar tune.

Today's Sora's funeral, I'm not going. I will visit his grave after the funeral…alone.
I looked inside the locket Sora one posessed and saw our pictures I had placed in there. Feeling the time to go approaching. I shut and locked the locket and put it in my pocket.
I'm taking this to the grave.
"Sora?"
"Yes Kairi."
