Introduction; Chapter 1
"Lainey, I said no-"
"But Cha-ad! It's my birthday! And-"
"Lain, mom said no!"
"Well is she here?"
"Well, no but-"
"Then it doesn't matter." Lainey Virginia Cooper picked up the fragile China doll off the stand and placed it under a bunch of Kraft Mac & Cheese boxes, Two Strawberry Pop tart boxes and Some new Cheesy T-Shirts for Lainey and acted like nothing happened.
"Her name is Queen Rissa." The eight year old said, curling her naturally black hair in one hand and on the other, held on to the rim of the Target shopping cart and hung on to it like it was life or death, making Chad run into a bunch of Barbie and Bratz dolls.
"Lainey!" Lainey just shrugged her shoulders and stared at Chad with navy blue 'innocent' eyes.
"What did I do?" Smacking himself on the face, Chad picked up Surfer Ken and Bikini Barbie and placed them back on the shelf without really caring where they went.
"Okay Lain, now can we just get out of here before-" And of coarse she was gone.
Lainey, I swear on my new Chevy, I am going to get you some day.
In his best father voice so no one would no who he was, he shouted at the top of his lunges, "LAINEY, IF YOU DON'T GET BACK HERE IN THREE MINUTES, I'M GOING TO TELL MOM ABOUT QUEEN RISSA!"
And like that, she casually walked in the ile with a Cherry slushy.
"Hey where the hell wer-"
"Language...tsk tsk." Lainey took a long slurp of slushy and waited for Chad to go on for his rant. Chad grabbed Lainey's arm and dragged her across the ile.
"Wait, Chad, wait! What about the deal with me getting Disco Barbie! She's the only one I don't have! Disco Ken just looks like a freaking idio-"
"Language...tsk tsk." Chad said in the same voice Lainey had. Lainey gasped, completely shocked her brother would do such a thing. Counting to ten to calm down and flattening her Light blue Areopostale P.S. T-shirt, she walked off with Chad as they went to the check-out line.
A.N. So this would be like kind of the chapter where you find out about the characters, the NEXT chapter should be about where the plot begins! :D
Anyway, should this be a total diss or what?
Also, did you at first think Lainey was Chad's daughter? XD I was reading through and I was like, "Whoa, Lain could be Chad's little girl!" and then I thought stuff in my head an 11 year old shouldn't think and then wrote this.
