I do not own Inuyasha
"Today is such a beautiful day," the grown up Rin exclaimed. They, a demon lord and a human girl, were taking a morning walk, surround by wilderness. It was his routine visited.
"Hn." Sesshomaru hummed.
"Can we go to the lake?"
The tall, handsome, silver hair demon started, leading her towards the lake through a path of wild flowers field.
"As long as I can remember, you have never say no to my requires, my lord," the long black hair, small, slim, young, beautiful girl said in wondered.
He tiled his head her way a bit, thought a little before letting his silence answered that he agreed. If he did not like her to do something, he would walk and led her away. He never said no.
"Are you sure I can ask for anything today?" she stared into his golden dreaming eyes, (deadly to anyone else).
He knocked.
"I have been so spoiled," she shone her angelic smile.
"What if I ask for something unreasonable?" she paused, "Like a big castle? Or being the emperor of this empire?" she giggled.
He raised a brow, amused, eyes dancing saying, are you sure you want those? (But only she would see the amusement because to others, his face had no expression)
"No, I don't want any of those." And she partly knew he, the powerful demon lord of the western land, might really give it to her if she asked.
Both came to a halt and stared into each other's eyes. Warm sunlight bathed them under the deep blue sky; a gentle breeze passed them by making the knee high flowers sway in waves. The lake was glistening not too far for their sight. He waited for her to continue.
Her mind was swirling with thoughts, trying to make a decision. She would be bold. She had seen a father kissed a daughter's forehead and Sesshomaru was the only person closest to a father to her. Though he looked no more than two years older than herself, she was seventeen.
Eyes still locked with his, she whispered,
"A kiss,"

The world stood still. Her heart jumping up and down, beating like a crazy drum. Time passed in silence.

He looked surprised, not angry, just surprised. Physical contact has never been his favorite. I should apologize. I think I have asked for the impossible.
She was about to apologize and explain when his pale, sharp, claws hand gently, but firmly held her chin up.
His breathtaking handsome face leaned closer taking her breath away, making her to automatically close her eyes. She turned red from head to toes, standing still in anticipation, focusing, and waiting for his soft lips to touch her forehead.
.
It never did.
.
She went stiff.
Because his lips were on hers!
Ah-oh. Wrong place!
.
But.
It felt so right.
She relaxed and kissed him back.
