Miranda Gardiner. One of the most beautiful girls to roam Camp Half-Blood. Deputy of Demeters Cabin. With brown hair and brown eyes, she makes all the guys fall for her, and she doesn't even know it.
Connor Stoll. Younger half of the Counselor twins from the Hermes Cabin. Full time prankster. Thinks all the girls fall for him -and is completely oblivious to the one that does.
The Demi-God daughter of Demeter walked out of her cabin leisurely, rubbing the sleep from her tired eyes. Her half sister, Katie Gardner, had woken her up to tell her to come to the Gate of the Camp. By the time Miranda had gotten out of bed, how ever, Katie was no where to be seen.
Connor Stoll walked up to the Gate slowly. His twin brother Travis had told him to wait at the Gate - apparently someone would be waiting the for him. It was probably a lame prank though. But since it was this early, he was just going to go along with it, and see what happened.
Miranda tied her hair up as she walked to the Gate, trying to tame the brown locks that stood to every side. She leaned against one side of the gate, as she saw someone walk up to the gate. Her face heated up when she saw Connor Stoll walk up to the Gate. She'd told her sister about her crush on her sister's boyfriend's twin brother -did that still make sense?- and now she'd done this. Miranda didn't know whether to smile or to frown, but whatever the case, she would have to yell at Katie later.
The son of Hermes' eyes went wide when he saw Miranda at the Gate. So it hadn't been a prank. Truth be told, he didn't get a crush on people easily. Girls got crushes for him easily, yet the daughter of Demeter had never once given him that sort of attention. In fact, they'd barely spoken. And honestly, now she was standing in front of him as he stopped at the Gate, he was all but relieved that it wasn't a prank. Maybe it was, anyway? Maybe Travis and his girlfriend Katie wanted to embarrass him in front of Miranda?
The brunette scratched the back of her neck, giving the Stoll brother a small smile. "Hello Connor. What are you doing here so early?" Of course she already knew the answer, but maybe he'd been told a different story.
"'Morning Miranda. I was told to be at the Gate, someone was waiting for me." He gave her an easy smile, looking around. "Looks like our siblings are trying to set us up together too."
"So it seems. I'll ask Katie why later."
"Same, I'll ask Travis next time I'll see him. But for now.. D'you wanna go get some breakfast?"
Miranda nodded slowly, and the two set off for the Big House.
What they didn't see, though, was the couple sitting behind the bushes, looking over at the two Demi-Gods walking to the Big House, before high fiving each other.
