Waking up in Vegas
Chapter 1: With heartbreak come happiness
"I'm sorry syao-baby but I can't marry you." Said a tall statuesque blond woman with big deep blue eyes and long wavy blond hair, she was wearing a revealing black dress that clung to every curve of her body with red stilettos and a black leather jacket. "Your just not the one for me, I need a man who will worship me and show me the attention that I disserve, sorry babe but it's been fun." She walked away swaying her hips sudictivly to any man who would look at her. "Julia" Sayoran muttered as he watched the woman he loved walk away. He was left on one knee in Penguin Park looking at the spot where Julia had been. It begun to rain heavily and before syaoran knew it he was soaking wet. He finally got off his knee and walked to the only place he knew that he would be welcome at. Syaoran walked for what seemed like ages until he was at his disered destination, the apartment complex his best friend lived in. Syaoran Walked up a flight of stairs and walked down a narrow hallway until he recognized the apartnment number he was looking for. Once he found it syaoran proceeded to knock three times. He paused for a moment waiting for someone to answer but, all he could hear was a dog barking. When no answer came, he knocked again but he was only met with the same result. Syaoran began to bang frantically on the door causing the dog to bark more and more, he stopped when he heard a familiar voice angrily saying "i'm coming geeze!" Finally the door swung open revealing a young woman about 21 years old with long waist-length auburn hair and big bright emerald eyes. She was wearing a small pink bathrobe and leopard print slippers. Her angered expression quickly softened when she recognized who was standing at her door at this late hour in the night. "She said no Sakura" was all Syaoran could muster before the woman now known as Sakura took him in to her arms and pulled him inside her apartment. "I'll get you some dry clothes and tell me everything that happened Syaoran-kun" Sakura said. Then Syaoran told Sakura how Julia broke his heart. "I'm going to kick her ass next time I see her!" exclaimed Sakura "how could she do that to you!" Sakura looked at Syaoran and smiled softly when she realized that he was asleep on her couch. She went to retrieve a blanket from her room and covered Syaoran with it. Sakura's black miniature dachshund barked and she quickly turned around and whispered "hush kero! Syaoran needs to sleep" the dog Kero jumped on to the couch where Syaorans' feet were. Sakura smirked and went to her room to sleep. "im going to talk to her tomorrow at work and figure out why she would turn Syaoran down, something just isn't right" with that thought Sakura fell asleep dreaming about how tomorrow would play out.
