One is one for fools regret,

Two is two for shame.

Three is in the looking glass,

Four goes down for the lame.

Five is five for dragons,

Six is six for wraiths.

Seven takes upon itself

The burden of the rain.

Eight is eight for sunlight fair,

Nine is nine for kings.

Ten is ten for sunshine wrought

In trifling, silly things.

O

How it falls upon her face,

The beauty of the sky.

Shining emeralds adorn her face,

Deep as the sun is high.

O

And as we lay upon the clouds,

Shimmer 'cross the sea.

With a sigh, my attention brought

Back to you and me.

AN: Another poem...oh well. I'm a hopeless romantic.
